HOW TO ORDER A CAKE
Choose the size of a regular (OR) custom cake
- regular cake only includes a piped message: message & border will be piped in whatever color the decorator is using that day
- custom cake requests (flavors/colors/designs) must be approved by email & will be invoiced separately
- we do not accept copyrighted material, religious symbols, gender reveal or culturally appropriative design requests
Choose the flavor of cake
- the only gluten free cake flavor we offer is chocolate
Choose the pickup up date & ANY available slot (disregard the times)
- you can pickup at any time during our store hours on the day of your booking
- if the desired date is not available, please emails us & we may be able to make accommodations
- custom requests require 1 - 2 week’s notice
Add an (appointment note) at checkout to include the personal message & custom requests
- we cannot accommodate in store piping at the time of pickup

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Cancellations & any changes to the order must be made 1 week before the pickup date
Refunds will not be granted to orders canceled with less than a weeks notice from the pickup date
